This policy covers all paid subscriptions and one-time purchases offered through Anaboliq (including Pro, Power Pass, and Coach tier subscriptions, and any one-time "lifetime" access purchase).
All purchases made through Anaboliq are final and non-refundable directly from us.
Every purchase is billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play — Anaboliq never collects, processes, or stores any payment card information, and is not the merchant of record for any transaction. As a result, refund requests are handled solely by Apple or Google according to their own respective refund policies. Anaboliq has no ability to independently issue, approve, deny, or override a refund decision made by Apple or Google. To request a refund, contact:
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory right of withdrawal, refund, or cancellation you may have under applicable law in your jurisdiction.
Where offered, "lifetime" access refers to the operational lifetime of the Anaboliq service, not the lifetime of the user. If we discontinue the service, lifetime access terminates without additional compensation, though we will provide reasonable advance notice where possible.
