We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise contact us. The personal information we collect may include the following:
Sensitive Information. When necessary, with your consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable law, we process the following categories of sensitive information:
Payment Data. Anaboliq does not process, collect, or store any payment card information directly. All purchases are billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play in-app purchase systems, and subscription status is synced via RevenueCat, a subscription management service. Please review the privacy policies of Apple, Google, and RevenueCat for details on how each of them handles your payment information.
Social Logins. We may provide you with the option to register or log in using your Apple ID or Google account. If you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from that provider, such as your name and email address, as described further in "How Do We Handle Your Social Logins?" below.
If you use our application(s), we may also collect the following information if you choose to provide us with access or permission:
This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our application(s), for troubleshooting, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.
All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.
We automatically collect certain information when you use the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, device name, country, coarse (IP-based) location, information about how and when you use our Services, and other technical information.
The information we collect includes:
Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We may receive limited information about you from a small number of specific sources, rather than broad categories of outside data providers:
We do not purchase data from data brokers, and we do not receive information from joint marketing partners, affiliate programs, or social media platforms.
We process your personal information for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services, including:
If you are located in the EU or UK, this section applies to you.
The GDPR and UK GDPR require us to explain the valid legal bases we rely on to process your personal information, which may include:
If you are located in Canada, this section applies to you.
We may process your information if you have given us specific permission (express consent) to use it for a specific purpose, or in situations where your permission can be inferred (implied consent). You can withdraw your consent at any time. In some limited, legally-defined circumstances we may process information without consent — for example, for fraud detection and prevention, to comply with a subpoena or court order, or where the information is publicly available as specified by regulation.
We may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf. The categories of third parties we may share personal information with are:
Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
The Services may link to third-party websites, online services, or mobile applications and/or contain advertisements from third parties that are not affiliated with, and are not covered by, this Privacy Notice. We are not responsible for the content or privacy/security practices of any third party. You should review the policies of such third parties directly.
We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like mobile advertising identifiers) to gather information when you interact with our Services. Some of these technologies help maintain the security of our Services and your account, prevent crashes, fix bugs, and assist with basic functionality.
We use Google AdMob to display advertising within the Services, and — once implemented — plan to use analytics/performance-monitoring tools such as PostHog and Sentry. Ads served through AdMob are currently non-personalized and contextual only; we do not use your personal information, including health or fitness data, to target or tailor advertisements to your interests. Because of this, our current ad-serving does not constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under applicable US state privacy laws. If this ever changes to personalized advertising, we will update this Notice and implement the consent mechanisms required for the regions affected.
As part of our Services, we offer products, features, or tools powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies (collectively, "AI Products"). These tools are designed to enhance your experience and provide personalized recommendations.
We provide the AI Products through third-party service providers ("AI Service Providers"), including Anthropic and OpenAI. Your input, output, and personal information will be shared with and processed by these AI Service Providers to enable your use of our AI Products.
Our AI Products are designed for the following functions:
We believe in giving you the power to decide how your data is used. To opt out of AI-based processing, you can:
Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your Apple ID or Google account. Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from Apple or Google — typically your name and email address, and any other information you've made available to us through your account settings with that provider. We use this information only for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice. We do not control, and are not responsible for, Apple's or Google's own use of your personal information — please review their respective privacy notices.
Our servers and the service providers we use are located in the United States. Regardless of your location, your information may be transferred to, stored by, and processed by us and by the third parties with whom we share your personal information (see "When and With Whom Do We Share Your Personal Information?" above) in the United States.
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom (UK), or Switzerland, these countries may not have data protection laws as comprehensive as those in your own country. We rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers of personal information between us and our third-party service providers, which require recipients to protect personal information originating from the EEA or UK in accordance with European data protection standards. Further details can be provided upon request.
We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). See "How Do We Process Your Information?" above for our specific retention periods by purpose, and "Sensitive Health/Physique Data Safeguards" below for physique-photo-specific retention.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because it has been stored in backup archives), we will securely isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.
We have implemented reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat our security and improperly access, collect, or modify your information.
Anaboliq's minimum age is 13, not 18 — see "Children's Privacy (COPPA Mechanism)" below for our full policy, including the additional 18+ requirement for the physique photo rating feature specifically. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, and our signup flow is specifically designed to prevent that (see below).
Depending on your state of residence in the US or your region (such as the EEA, UK, Switzerland, or Canada), you have rights that allow you greater access to and control over your personal information. You may review, change, or delete your account information at any time.
In some regions, you have the right to (i) request access to and a copy of your personal information, (ii) request rectification or erasure, (iii) restrict processing, (iv) request data portability where applicable, and (v) not be subject to solely automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects. You may exercise these rights by contacting us as described in "How Can You Contact Us About This Notice?" below.
If you are located in the UK and are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information, you can complain to us directly, in addition to your rights under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days, investigate without unjustified delay, and keep you informed of progress and the outcome. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can refer your complaint to the Information Commissioner's Office (Helpline: 0303 123 1113; Post: Information Commissioner's Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF).
If you are in the EEA or UK and believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you also have the right to complain to your Member State or UK data protection authority. If you are in Switzerland, you may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
Withdrawing your consent: where we rely on your consent to process your information, you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us or updating your preferences — this will not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Account information: to review or change your account information, or to terminate your account, you can log in to your account settings and update your account, or contact us. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will delete your account and information from our active databases, though we may retain limited information as necessary to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, enforce our legal terms, or comply with legal requirements.
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature. No uniform industry standard for recognizing DNT signals has been finalized, so we do not currently respond to DNT signals. If a standard is adopted that we must follow, we will update this Notice.
If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, you may have the right to request access to, correct, obtain a copy of, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. These rights may be limited in some circumstances by applicable law.
The table below shows the categories of personal information we have collected in the past twelve (12) months, and whether each was disclosed to a service provider for a business purpose. We have not sold or shared any personal information with third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve months (see "Do We Use Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies?" above on why our AdMob usage does not constitute a sale or share).

You have rights under certain US state data protection laws, including:
You can contact us by visiting littlelifestudios.app/contact or by emailing contact@littlelifestudios.com. Under certain state laws, you may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we may require proof of valid authorization.
Request verification: upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity using the information already in our records, or by requesting additional information if necessary for security/fraud-prevention purposes.
Appeals: if we decline to act on your request, you may appeal by emailing contact@littlelifestudios.com. We will inform you in writing of the outcome and, if denied, you may submit a complaint to your state attorney general.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. To make such a request, contact us as described in "How Can You Contact Us About This Notice?" below.
We collect and process your personal information under the obligations and conditions set by Australia's Privacy Act 1988 and New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020. This Privacy Notice satisfies the notice requirements defined in both Acts. If you do not wish to provide personal information necessary for a given purpose, it may affect our ability to provide the Services, respond to your requests, manage your account, or protect your account and identity.
You have the right to request access to or correction of your personal information at any time by contacting us. If you believe we are unlawfully processing your information, you have the right to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or the Office of the New Zealand Privacy Commissioner.
You have the right to request access to or correction of your personal information at any time by contacting us. If you are unsatisfied with how we've addressed a complaint, you can contact the Information Regulator (South Africa) — General enquiries: enquiries@inforegulator.org.za; Complaints (POPIA/PAIA form 5): PAIAComplaints@inforegulator.org.za and POPIAComplaints@inforegulator.org.za.
Given the sensitive nature of health, fitness, and physique-related information collected through Anaboliq, we apply additional safeguards beyond our standard practices: physique photos are automatically deleted 24 hours after upload, and only the resulting rating is retained; your face is redacted before any physique photo is analyzed; health and fitness data is never used to personalize or target advertising; and you can disable all AI-based processing of your information at any time through the Account section of your profile settings.
Anaboliq is a general audience service and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. During account creation, we require all users to provide their date of birth; if the date provided indicates the user is under 13, we do not create an account and do not retain any information submitted. If we later learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it as soon as reasonably possible. Users between 13 and 17 may use the Services generally, but certain features — including the physique photo rating feature — are restricted to users 18 or older. A parent or guardian who believes we may have collected information from a child under 13 should contact us so we can investigate and delete it.
We use Google AdMob to display advertising within the Services. Ads are currently served on a non-personalized, contextual basis only — we do not use your personal information, including health or fitness data, to target or personalize advertisements you see.
We use artificial intelligence to generate inferences about you from the personal information you provide, including physique ratings, training-notes impact and readiness scoring, and strength projections. These inferences are generated using Anthropic's Claude API and OpenAI's GPT-4o Vision, and are retained for as long as your account remains active.
Because our servers and service providers are located in the United States, your personal information may be transferred outside the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland. Where this occurs, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission as our transfer mechanism.
If you use Coach Mode, your coach can view the training, nutrition, and progress data you share with them through that feature. This is part of the Services you've chosen to use and is not a disclosure of your information to an outside business.
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this Notice. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Notice with a revised date and by sending an in-app notification through the Anaboliq app. We encourage you to review this Notice periodically.
